Receptionist

We are currently seek a Part Time Receptionist to join our team at The Manor at York Town.  The Manor at York Town is a premier retirement community located in Jamison, PA.
 
Shift Available:

• Part-Time--4:15pm-12:15am every Monday and every other Sunday.

Key job responsibilities include:

• Responsible for handling all communications through the Concierge Center.
• Responsible for all incoming calls, directing calls to proper parties, taking and distributing messages.
• Greet and direct all visitors and residents appropriately. Assist those who have requests.
• Accept packages, logging packages, and notifying residents and staff of package delivery.
• Manages the operation and maintenance of office equipment and communication devices.
• Must possess and exhibit a strong positive attitude toward customer service and have a genuine interest in geriatric care and uphold the philosophy of the community.
• Must present a well-groomed appearance and demonstrate a courteous, friendly, patient, and congenial manner at all times.
• The ability to work under stress and to function effectively with interruptions.

Education  and Experience:

• High School graduate or equivalent.
