Job Description
PART TIME - 20 hours or less
The Receptionist performs essential front-office functions, serving as the first point of contact for guests and callers. This role involves managing incoming telephone communications by receiving, screening, and routing calls while taking accurate messages and ensuring timely delivery. The Receptionist greets visitors with professionalism, provides appropriate assistance and information, and performs additional clerical duties as assigned to support daily operations.
Qualifications
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. - Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
