What You'll Do
As our Receptionist, you'll help keep our dealership running smoothly while ensuring every customer receives a warm and professional welcome.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
- Transfer calls to the appropriate department or team member
- Take accurate messages and ensure timely communication
- Provide basic dealership information and assistance to callers
- Greet customers and visitors with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ensure customers are connected with the appropriate department quickly and efficiently
- Maintain and update dealership phone directories as needed
- Keep the reception area neat, organized, and welcoming
- Assist with administrative and clerical duties as assigned
- Represent the Modern brand with professionalism and exceptional customer service
