Front Desk Receptionist – Pure Serenity Health Spa
We’re growing and looking for someone who truly sets the tone the moment a client walks through the door.
At Pure Serenity, our front desk isn’t just about checking people in—it’s about creating a calming, seamless experience from start to finish. If you naturally bring grounded, peaceful energy while staying sharp and on top of everything behind the scenes… this could be your spot.
Schedule:
We have a couple shifts opening & closing shifts and a min of 2 Saturdays a Month
Tuesday – Saturday
Start time between 7–9 AM
End time: 830 PM
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Welcoming clients and creating a calm, inviting first impression
- Managing bookings, rescheduling, and filling last-minute openings
- Keeping provider schedules full and flowing smoothly
- Handling phones, texts, and client communication with ease
- Supporting a team of 13 professionals with clear communication
- Managing cash handling and daily transactions with accuracy
- Assisting with accounts receivable and tracking outstanding balances
- Collecting on outstanding payments in a professional and respectful way
- Staying on top of daily tasks, organization, and follow-through
- Navigating busy moments with confidence, grace, and efficiency
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior receptionist experience (required)
- Experience with cash handling and basic accounting tasks preferred
- Exceptional computer skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Efficient, driven, and self-motivated
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to multitask without feeling overwhelmed
- Confident communication skills with both clients and team
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and diffuse challenging situations
- Someone who takes initiative and works well independently
