Receptionist

Job Details: Job Location: Victory Hyundai at the Legends - Kansas City, KS, Salary Range: Undisclosed, A person providing operational support has the following essential duties (with others assigned as needed):

Greets showroom customers, vendors and employees
Navigates customers, vendors and employees to the correct department or person ensuring a warm transfer.
Answers incoming phone calls and assist to appropriate department or individual, ensuring a warm transfer or takes a thorough message.
Communicates with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
Obtains basic demographic information about each customer using a method established by the dealership.
Communicates messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner.
Types and displays dealership customer and employee notices
Assists with clerical duties as requested.
Posts purchase entries for incoming new and preowned vehicles.
Writes simple purchase orders upon manager request.
Scans documents.

Qualifications:
No prior experience or training required.
Ability to turn on a smile on your face and in your voice as needed
Ability to be an active, engaged listener
Ability to redirect a conversation
Welcoming and hospitable
Ability to read, and comprehend, and write simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Legible handwriting 
Basic mathematical skills.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form. 
Pass drug testing, MVR/Insurability, background investigation/interview
