Job Details: Job Location: Potomac Falls Health & Rehab - STERLING, VA, Position Type: Part Time, Salary Range: $17.00 - $18.00Hourly, Part-Time Weekend Receptionist
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and professional Part-Time Weekend Receptionist to join our team.
What you’ll do:
Welcome and assist residents and guests with a warm, professional attitude
Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and manage basic administrative tasks
Help keep the reception area organized and running smoothly
Receive, sort and organize mail and deliveries
Schedule beauty and barber appointments
Support and serve as back up to other Business Office team members
Perform other clerical duties: filing, scanning, copying, faxing, etc.,
What we’re looking for:
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Dependable and punctual
Comfortable working independently
Previous receptionist or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required
Schedule: Weekends, part-time

Qualifications:
High School Education or equivalent, preferred.
Previous experience working in an office setting preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe.
Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to maintain professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to handle confidential information with great sensitivity.
Ability to be flexible, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and work as part of a team.
