JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

The inspection of all incoming materials received by the Company.

Activities

The inspection of actual materials and attributes of those materials received verses the documentation of the requirements of those materials as identified in the Quality System.
Records non-conformities and notifies and coordinates with document control and/or purchasing the resolution of those non-conformities.
Records the inspection completion status and moves the material to proper place within the receiving area.
Files documentation.
Other activities as conditions require.

Qualifications: JOB QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma. Good skill with basic arithmetic.
Minimum of two years experience in receiving inspection or quality control.
PCB Fab and Mechanical inspection experience desirable.
Ability to use all standard inspection tools for parts verification.
Ability to interpret drawings per ASME Y14.5 dimensioning and tolerance standards.
High energy level and self motivated.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
