What You’ll Do

Build and maintain professional relationships with realtors, homeowners, and buyers.
Conduct detailed property inspections to identify basement, foundation, and crawlspace concerns.
Communicate inspection findings clearly to real estate partners and customers.
Collaborate across departments to ensure timely, high-quality service from inspection to closing.
Represent Master Foundation & Crawl Space Repair with integrity and professionalism at all times.

Compensation

Earning potential: $100,000–$200,000+ annually

50% of our inspectors earn over $100k in their first year
Top performers exceed $200k annually
Paid training and uncapped commission structure

What You’ll Need to Succeed

1+ year of experience in sales, real estate, or customer service (preferred but not required)
Strong communication and people skills — in person, over the phone, and via email
Willingness to work in crawlspaces or basements
A positive, driven, and team-focused attitude
