Real Estate Contract Compliance Reviewer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable professional to review real estate contracts and related documentation for compliance, accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. 

 This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, has exceptional attention to detail, and possesses a "teacher's mentality" by helping others understand requirements and improve documentation quality. The successful candidate will be patient, positive, self-motivated, and comfortable performing repetitive review tasks with a high degree of consistency and accuracy. 30 hours/week with flexible work hours.  

 Key Responsibilities 

• Review real estate contracts, disclosures, amendments, and transaction files for completeness and compliance. 

• Ensure transactions comply with applicable regulations, company policies, and established procedures. 

• Identify errors, omissions, inconsistencies, and potential compliance risks. 

• Provide clear, constructive feedback to agents, staff, and stakeholders regarding required corrections. 

• Educate and guide team members on compliance requirements and best practices. 

• Maintain accurate records of contract reviews and compliance findings. 

• Communicate compliance issues professionally, both verbally and in writing. 

• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of contract reviews. 

• Collaborate with operations, legal, and brokerage personnel to resolve compliance concerns. 

• Recommend process improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce compliance risk. 

• Perform repetitive review work with consistency, focus, and accuracy. 

• Allowed to sell real estate in addition to performing the duties of this role. 

Required Qualifications 

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies. 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. 

• Strong organizational and time-management skills. 

• Comfortable working with repetitive processes while maintaining a high level of accuracy. 

• Professional, positive, and service-oriented approach. 

• Ability to provide coaching and feedback in a constructive manner. 

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems. 

• Wisconsin real estate license (active or inactive). Receiving a Broker License within 6 months of employment will be required. 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience reviewing real estate contracts or transaction files preferred. 

• Real estate brokerage, transaction coordination, compliance, title, escrow, mortgage, legal assistant, or paralegal experience preferred. 

• Knowledge of state real estate regulations and industry compliance requirements. 

• Experience training, mentoring, or coaching others.
