Job Description
🌟Female Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Brooklyn, NY 🌟
📍 Location: Brooklyn, NY (At-home setting)
🧒 Case: 9-year-old male client
🗓️ Schedule: Monday–Friday (after-school hours)
💰 Pay: $25–$30/hour
⏰ Hours: Flexible part-time availability
✨ What You’ll Do:
- 🧩 Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home setting
- 📊 Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision
- 💬 Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
- 📝 Collect accurate data and complete session notes using Rethink
- 🤝 Collaborate with BCBAs and the clinical team
- 🌈 Create a positive, structured, and engaging learning environment
📚 Qualifications:
- Active RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain — we will support you in getting certified!)
- Experience working with children preferred
- Strong communication, professionalism, and reliability
- Ability to work independently and maintain consistent attendance
- Comfortable with documentation and session notes
- 🌍 Bilingual English/Spanish is required
