What you'll do:

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in clients’ homes according to individualized treatment plans
• Help children build communication, social, play, and daily living skills through engaging activities
• Implement skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs under BCBA supervision
• Collect accurate data, complete session notes, and communicate progress with your BCBA
• Build genuine, professional relationships with children and families

Compensation & Growth:

• $28–$30 per hour, based on experience
• Quarterly performance bonuses

What you bring:

• A passion for working with children
• Active RBT certification (Preferred)
• Reliable transportation for in-home sessions
• Fluency in Spanish (Preferred)
