PART TIME - NIGHTS (3RD SHIFT) 

The Radiology team at Baptist Health works together to provide the highest level of care for every patient. Each team member is highly trained in the use of our advanced imaging technologies and in meeting the individual needs of our patients. Our staff includes fellowship-trained radiologists, radiologic technologists, ultrasonographers and nuclear medicine technologists. The Radiologic Technologist provides diagnostic imaging services using radiographic and fluoroscopic technology to support accurate diagnosis and treatment. This role performs imaging procedures, image processing, and related techniques to produce high-quality images for interpretation by a radiologist or licensed independent practitioner. The Radiologic Technologist applies professional judgment, upholds high ethical standards, and adapts to varying patient conditions to ensure safe, effective, and high-quality exams. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Performs radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures utilizing x-ray technology to assist in diagnosis and treatment 

• Conducts image acquisition, processing, and post-processing to produce high-quality diagnostic images 

• Exercises professional judgment while maintaining a demeanor consistent with medical ethics and patient-centered care 

• Assesses and responds to varying patient conditions to ensure appropriate care and successful completion of exams and procedures 

Requirements: 

• Completion of an accredited program in Radiologic Technology 

• Current ARRT certification required within 90 days of hire 

• Current Kentucky Board of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy license 

• Current BLS certification
