We are looking for a Quality Technician who is detail oriented and committed to supporting consistent product quality. This role works closely with production and quality teams to perform inspections, collect data, and help identify and address quality concerns.

The Quality Technician follows established procedures, supports continuous improvement efforts, and helps ensure products meet quality standards. This role values accuracy, teamwork, and a strong focus on doing the right thing.
QualificationsRequired Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate degree in a technical field preferred.

Required Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with inspection and testing procedures for raw materials and finished products.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems.

Required Skills and Abilities:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Proficiency in using quality inspection tools and equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to solve problems and improve processes.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in a manufacturing setting.
