Quality Engineer - Oil & Gas

Title: Quality Engineer | Oil & Gas
Location: Fort Worth, TX – Onsite

We are looking for a Quality Engineer with strong experience in Oil & Gas manufacturing, electrical testing, quality improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and Kaizen initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
·        Lead and implement Kaizen initiatives to improve quality, productivity, safety, and cost.
·        Drive Lean Manufacturing practices including 5S, VSM, Poka-Yoke, SMED, Visual Management, TPM, and waste elimination.
·        Lead continuous improvement projects using PDCA, DMAIC, and Root Cause Analysis.
·        Perform RCA using 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, Pareto Analysis, and implement CAPA.
·        Develop and maintain Control Plans, PFMEA, Process Flow Diagrams, SOPs, and inspection standards.
·        Monitor Cp/Cpk, SPC, MSA and identify process improvement opportunities.
·        Work closely with Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Design, Supply Chain, and Customer Quality teams.
·        Conduct Internal Quality Audits and GEMBA Audits and prepare reports.
·        Support customer and supplier audits.
·        Analyze quality metrics and reduce defects, scrap, rework, and customer complaints.
·        Train and mentor production teams on Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen principles.
·        Ensure compliance with applicable Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.

Preferred:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt preferred
