Quality Assurance Days Temporary

Number of openings: 1 Fulltime,Temporary

Location: Quality Assurance – Old Station/Euclid Plant

Working Shift: Day Shift

Hours & Work Days: 5:00 am – 2:00 pm, Monday - Friday; Some Saturdays Required. May vary depending on production.

Qualifications:

· Must have knowledge of WA state grade standards.

· Must have basic computer knowledge.

· Must have great verbal and written communication skills.

· Must have good leadership abilities.

· Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

· Must be able to supervise/train employees.

· Must be able to work with little or no supervision.

· Oracle, Discover knowledge is a plus.

· Previous supervisor experience preferred.

· Must be flexible with working schedule.

· Bilingual is a plus.

Duties:

· Assist QA supervisor in daily operations.

· Develop and maintain knowledge of product specifications and grade levels.

· Monitor Production Lines to ensure grade specifications are being met.

· Give accurate and timely feedback on product conditions.

· Monitor product quality individually and through QC staff.

· Ensure SQF, cleanliness and safety standards are maintained continuously.

· Evaluate and ensure individual customer standards are met.

· Provide excellent customer services.

· Train new employees.

· Provide feedback to line supervisor concerning fruit quality and standards.

· Additional duties may be assigned based on department needs.
