On behalf of our client, we are
looking for a competent, skilled, and experienced Market Activators Supervisor to work in Kenya.

Job Purpose

The Market Activators
Supervisor is responsible for sales planning, leading, coaching, and motivating
a team of market activators to achieve sales targets, deliver excellent customer
service, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. The role involves
target setting, monitoring team performance, providing continuous training,
preparing daily reports, and driving productivity to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership &
Management

·         Supervise,
guide, and motivate market activators to achieve set targets.

·         Conduct
daily team briefings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.

·         Monitor
attendance, punctuality, and adherence to work schedules.

·         Foster
a positive and high-performance sales culture.

2. Sales Performance Management

·         Track
and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.

·         Ensure
achievement of sales KPIs and revenue targets.

·         Identify
performance gaps and implement corrective action plans.

·         Prepare
and submit sales performance reports to management.

3. Coaching & Development

·         Train
new and existing sales agents on products, sales techniques, and customer
engagement.

·         Conduct
side-by-side coaching and call monitoring where applicable.

·         Develop
action plans for underperforming team members.

·         Support
career growth and succession planning within the team.

4. Customer Experience

·         Ensure
customers receive professional and quality service.

·         Handle
escalated customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

·         Monitor
customer feedback and implement improvement initiatives.

5. Operational Excellence

·         Ensure
compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

·         Maintain
accurate sales records and documentation.

·         Support
implementation of sales campaigns and promotional activities.

6. Reporting & Analysis

·         Generate
regular sales and productivity reports.

·         Analyze
market trends and customer needs to identify sales opportunities.

·         Provide
recommendations to improve sales performance and operational efficiency.

Requirements

Education

·         Bachelor's
Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related
field.

Experience

·         Minimum
of 5 years' sales experience.

·         At
least 1 year of team leadership or supervisory experience.

·         Proven
track record of achieving sales targets.

·         Experience
using various reporting tools.

Technical Skills

·         Proficiency
in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

·         Experience
with sales reporting and analysis tools.

·         Knowledge
of sales performance metrics and KPIs.
