QMAP Med Tech - Large Senior Living Community
We are seeking an outstanding QMAP/Caregiver to join our team at our community of Lakewood Reserve Come join a team of dedicated, smart, and caring professionals as they work together to care for our seniors and provide them the stellar lifestyle they deserve.

Stellar Senior Living is a premier assisted living and memory care provider in the Western United States. Role Overview
Our QMAP's and Caregivers provide activities of daily living and other services to residents in accordance with their service plan. Shifts Available
- Day Shift (6a - 2p)
- Assisted Living
- PT - Sunday, Monday and Friday with every other Tuesday
- Assisted Living
- Evening Shift (2p - 10p)
- Assisted Living
- FT and PT available
- Memory Care - 1 FT position with 2 days in MC and 3 days in AL
- Assisted Living
- PRN - cross-trained in AL and MC. Positions available on all shifts
Responsibilities

- Provide Compassionate Care: Assist with daily activities, personal care, and household tasks while ensuring comfort and dignity.
- Build Connections: Foster meaningful relationships with clients and their families, offering companionship and emotional support.
- Be a Superhero: Help with mobility, medication administration, and other healthcare needs in a way that’s both professional and heartwarming.
