Schedule: Monday- Friday 9am- 5:30pm

Position Summary
Provides clerical and administrative support to the QC/QA department in a food manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
Assist with filing and organizing quality documents
Enter production and quality data into spreadsheets
Support QA paperwork and reports
Maintain organized records for audits
Assist with GMP and food safety documentation
Perform general clerical duties as assigned
QualificationsQualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Basic computer skills in Excel or Word
Strong attention to detail
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

At PAFCO, we source directly from fishing vessels, aquaculture farmers, and processing plants throughout the world to offer a wide variety of products. Utilizing 19 refrigerated docks, products are loaded quickly and in optimum conditions. With a total of 108,000 square feet of freezer and refrigerated storage available, we are able to distribute millions of pounds of seafood each week. Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped to handle a wide variety of value-added processing techniques such as handle filleting, portion cutting, marinating, grilling, and skin packing.
