This is a Student Co-op position located in Saginaw, MI. This position supports Global Supply Management (GSM) activities.
Responsibilities:
- Send service invoices for approval
- Printing invoices
- Scanning of invoices
- Work Po confirmations weekly
- Vendor changes – banking, address
- New Vendor set ups
- Onboard new suppliers, ensuring proper documentation is received and filed
- Inform, educate and train suppliers on how to login to Nexteer’s supplier portal
- Send items for Quote
- Provide Quote Recaps
- Assist and support buyers with projects as needed
Requirements:
- Candidate must be attending a 2-year college or 4-year university local to Saginaw
- Candidate must be pursuing a Bachelor’s in Business or Supply Chain Management
- Candidate must be able to work 20-32 hours during Fall and Winter semesters

- Up to 40 in the summer
- Must have cumulative 3.0 GPA on 4.0 scale
- Must be a full-time student (12 or more credits) during Fall and Winter semesters
- Candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Products (Office 365, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project, Access, SQL)
- Candidate must have excellent Communication, Documentation Skills and attention to detail
- Candidate must have right to work in the US and not require current or future sponsorship
