Job Description
Position Summary: The Public Relations Director for the La Crosse Region serves in a frontline fundraising, donor development, and community engagement role focused on expanding the financial support and public presence of Alliance Family Services throughout the greater La Crosse area. This position functions heavily as a relationship development and sales-oriented role, requiring consistent and ongoing outreach to current and prospective donors, churches, businesses, community leaders, and strategic partners. The Public Relations Director is expected to actively cultivate new financial supporters, increase donor engagement and giving, strengthen community relationships, recruit volunteers, and help grow the long-term influence and sustainability of Alliance Family Services. The Public Relations Director is expected to spend time each week in direct meetings, phone calls, tours, presentations, networking activities, church visits, donor appointments, and community engagement efforts specifically designed to generate new donor relationships, increase recurring giving, secure sponsorships, recruit volunteers, and deepen community investment in the mission of Alliance Family Services. Estimated hours per week is 10.

How can our nation be great if we continue this holocaust?
Women search "abortion near me" hundreds of thousands of times every year. We buy ad space on these searches to offer abortion-determined women a free ultrasound at a local Alliance Women's Clinic (saving them $150 compared to a Planned Parenthood abortion clinic). Knowing we don't perform abortions, hundreds come to us for the convenience and savings as it's always necessary to confirm the pregnancy before (tragically) ending the life of their child.
We meet them with the Love of Christ in a safe and highly professional medical clinic. After providing the ultrasound, they hear about the free resources and services we can provide should they choose life. Some do, and some don't. For those who don't, they hear about our post-abortive retreats which are safe spaces to heal from the trauma of abortion and where they will hear the hope of the gospel.
Those who choose life meet with our social worker to get on benefits, get career advice, access housing, or whatever else they may need. They are invited to our education nights hosted by local churches with food and childcare where they begin to get plugged into a community where they are cared for and loved throughout their pregnancies and post-maternity. They have full access to our boutique stocked with free clothes, diapers, strollers, and more.
As a boldly and unapologetically gospel-oriented organization, we firmly believe that only the gospel can transform our nation from one that loves death into one that celebrates life. We are not ashamed to share the good news of Jesus Christ with every client who comes through our doors.
