The PT Retail Sales Associate plays a crucial role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience to customers by providing knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient service. Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and cash handling.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members.
- Availability to work flexible part-time hours, including weekends and holidays.

- Support inventory management by receiving shipments, conducting stock counts, and reporting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and ensure a positive store environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and loss prevention guidelines.
