- Greet members and guests warmly upon arrival, providing excellent customer service

- Manage member check-ins and check-outs efficiently using the club’s reservation and access systems

- Answer inquiries about club facilities, programs, and services both in person and via phone

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area

- Support event setup and coordination as needed

- Enforce club policies and safety protocols to ensure a secure environment

Requirements

 - Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk roles preferred
