PT Bilingual Administrative Assistant

Job Details: Job Location: Lusa Tulsa - Tulsa, OK, Position Type: Part Time, Education Level: Not Specified, Salary Range: $18.00 - $20.00Hourly, Job Shift: Day, Job Category: Admin - Clerical, We are seeking a Bilingual Administrative Assistant (English/Spanish) to join our team at Landscapes USA in Tulsa, OK. This is a great opportunity for someone with a few years of experience in administration, human resources, and/or accounting who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Handling inbound and outbound phone calls
Frequent interaction with customers and employees
Following up on estimates and inquiries
Data entry and document filing
Assisting with new hire onboarding
Creating and maintaining employee files
Translating as needed (English/Spanish)
Supporting light accounting tasks, including invoicing and accounts payable
Being open to new responsibilities as the role evolves

Pay Range

$18-20, Based on experience 

Work Schedule
Mon-Thurs 9AM-4PM, Fridays, as needed
What you will need:: Qualifications:

Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to multitask and manage several priorities efficiently
Comfortable communicating directly with clients, vendors, and employees
