Summary
The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will conduct psychiatric evaluations, develop treatment plans, and manage medications for patients. They will also provide crisis intervention and coordinate care while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Job Description
What You’ll Do
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and develop treatment plans
- Prescribe and manage medications
- Provide ongoing medication management and follow-up care
- Deliver crisis intervention and coordinate higher levels of care
- Collaborate with therapists, providers, and care teams
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation

What We’re Looking For
Required:
- PMHNP certification with active Ohio APRN/CNP license
- DEA license
- Strong clinical and medication management skills
Preferred:
- Community mental health or crisis care experience
- Telehealth experience
