Role 🎨

As a Clinician, you'll help people reclaim their lives, one client at a time, through expert evaluation, personalized treatment, and care that adapts as they progress.
• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations over video to understand each client's needs and whether Mindbloom is the right fit• Educate clients on the science, safety, and the experience itself, turning anxiety into informed confidence• Prescribe ketamine therapy using our clinical protocols as your foundation and your clinical judgment to tailor treatment to each client for the best outcomes • Partner with Mindbloom guides to give each client a coordinated, whole-person experience• Provide an exceptional client experience that earns their trust, their satisfaction, and their confidence in the care you deliver• Improve our clinical protocols and care model with insights from your work with clients

The estimated annual compensation range for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 USD (based on 40 hours / week). The actual total annual compensation may differ based on your current level of job-related skills and experience, location, licensure, and market data changes. Consult with your Recruiter during any potential screening to determine a more targeted range based on the job-related factors. We don’t ever want the pay range to act as a deterrent from you applying.
