Proposal Manager

About the Role:Join Andana Consulting LLC as a Proposal Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping our business growth through compelling proposals for Federal, State and Local agencies on behalf of professional services firms in the architecture, engineering, construction, environmental, and cyber disciplines. We are seeking a dynamic professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality solutions to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the proposal development process from start to finish, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and synthesize information for proposals.
• Write and edit proposal content that is clear, persuasive, and tailored to client needs.
• Manage proposal timelines and ensure all submissions are delivered on time.
• Conduct reviews and incorporate feedback to enhance proposal quality.
• Maintain a repository of proposal templates and best practices for future submissions.
• Participate in post-submission debriefs to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform proposal strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in proposal management or business development.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in government contracting is a plus.
• A proactive and collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
