Property Caretaker/Housekeeper - 12 hours per week

Do you take pride in keeping spaces clean, organized, and welcoming? Oakbrook Corporation is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Property Caretaker/Housekeeper to help maintain our senior living community at Parkview of Caledonia Senior Apartments.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, takes ownership of their work, and values creating a comfortable environment for residents.

What You'll Do

• Clean and maintain common areas, including hallways, lobbies, laundry rooms, and community spaces.
• Perform apartment turnover cleaning, including kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas.
• Ensure the community consistently meets Oakbrook's high standards of cleanliness and appearance.
• Report maintenance, safety, or housekeeping concerns.
• Monitor and maintain cleaning supply inventory.

What We're Looking For

• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Positive attitude with strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift.
