Who This Is For

This posting is intended primarily for current student-athletes looking for a great job that can fit alongside school, athletics, and life. Current or previous participation in a structured athletic or coaching environment is a requirement. Industry experience is not.

We hire for the teammate first. We can teach the work.

What the Work Involves

Halftime Help cares for residential properties throughout the South Denver metro area. You will work with a crew performing hands-on, outdoor property care that may include:

• Lawn maintenance and lawn care
• Landscaping and seasonal cleanups
• Property upkeep and snow removal
• Loading, unloading, and caring for equipment
• Operating tools and machinery after training
• Other property services as the company evolves

You will work outside in changing weather, use equipment, move materials, get dirty, and help your crew complete work safely, efficiently, and professionally.
Some teammates may eventually drive company vehicles once legally eligible, trained, and approved. Rookie positions do not require driving.

We train how the work is done. We do not compromise how the work is approached.

Everyone Starts as a Rookie

Every teammate starts part-time, at the same starting wage, and in the Rookie phase.

Starting pay: $16/hour | Compensation potential: $16–$30/hour | Hourly, non-exempt; overtime eligible

Your job is to learn the Halftime Help way, get quality reps, demonstrate reliability and coachability, and earn what comes next. The more capable you become, the more opportunity you can earn. That may include increased pay, more hours, greater scheduling priority, new skills and qualifications, greater responsibility, and eventually crew leadership.

For strong performers who consistently build skills and grow into leadership, coming close to doubling the starting wage within the first 12 months is genuinely possible. That takes a lot of quality reps. But that is the goal.
