Summary

The Senior Project Manager will lead complex, cross-functional organizational development initiatives and bridge the gap between executive strategy and tactical execution. They are responsible for designing metrics-tracking systems, managing project portfolios, and facilitating stakeholder alignment to drive organizational effectiveness.

Job Description

Overview

As Senior Project Manager for Organizational Development (OD), you will bridge tactical execution and executive strategy.  You will organize our internal team workflows, build metrics-tracking systems, support cross-functional projects for Human Resources, and translate qualitative OD initiatives into high-impact visual summaries for our Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and senior leadership. You will foster inclusion, model our Core Values, build trust, encourage collaboration, motivate teams, and treat people with care and respect.

Because OD work impacts culture and human systems across the agency, you will use your skills to pair strong data logic with exceptional interpersonal leadership—using active listening to diagnose team needs, sharp business acumen to align projects with agency goals, and strong conflict resolution skills to navigate the natural friction of organizational change.
