Our client, a world leader in biotechnology and life sciences, is looking for a “Creative Project Manager (Pharma / HealthCare)”.
Location: South San Francisco, CA (Hybrid)
Job Duration: Long-Term Contract (Possibility Of Extension)
Rate: $60-$67/hr on W2
Company Benefits: Medical, Paid Sick Leave, 401 (k)
About the Role
You will serve as the key connection between brand marketers and creative teams, ensuring projects stay on schedule, requirements are clear, and deliverables move smoothly from kickoff through final completion. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life-sciences advertising/creative agency and be comfortable managing multiple projects and creative stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple creative and marketing projects from intake through completion.
- Partner directly with brand marketers and product/marketing teams to understand requirements and priorities.
- Develop project plans, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Designers, Copywriters, and other creative resources.
- Support marketing content across channels including digital, social, email, banners, events, print, and other commercial/healthcare materials.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of project management, account management, or creative production experience.
- Experience in a pharmaceutical, healthcare, biotech, life-sciences, or healthcare advertising agency environment.
- Proven experience working directly with brand marketers, product managers, or marketing stakeholders.
- Experience coordinating with creative teams and managing creative production.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) review for pharmaceutical or healthcare promotional content.
- Experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats would be a plus.
- Experience with Workfront, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar project management tools.
