THE ROLE

Project Manager - Enterprise Merchandise

This team covers our customers in PST therefore must be based in one of the following states: California, Washington, Oregon, or Nevada.

As a Project Manager, you will be the operational backbone of our enterprise sales process. You will partner directly with Account Executives to manage the complete order-to-delivery lifecycle for clients, ensuring flawless execution and exceptional customer experience. Working alongside the West Coast-based sales team, you will leverage deep product knowledge and operational excellence to support deal closure and drive client satisfaction. Your role is critical to scaling our enterprise business while maintaining the quality and attention to detail that defines Quince.

Responsibilities

• Assume deal ownership post-sale, from logo approval through invoicing, delivery and issue resolution
• Track and update all project progress in our B2B operations tracker, sharing timely updates with clients and Account Executives; communicate with clarity even when information is incomplete or ambiguous
• Finalize customization details, communicate delivery timelines, and manage approval workflows with clients and internal teams
• Field and resolve client support requests including sample returns, shipping and tracking, troubleshooting missing or damaged items, and expediting requests when possible
• Demonstrate strategic thinking by proactively identifying opportunities to streamline operations, reduce tasks, and propose solutions that enhance client experience
• Over-communicate with customers on all issues, managing them with confidence and compassion; reply to requests with urgency and follow through on every commitment made

Qualifications

Required:

• 2+ years of experience in project management, operations, or vendor management
• Familiarity with CRM or project management platforms to track client data, order status, and communication history (Hubspot preferred)
• Proficiency in Google Workspace
• Experience managing internal and external stakeholders with distinct approaches
• Self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced environment 
• Extremely detail-oriented with ability to operate with a sense of urgency
• Customer service oriented and customer obsessed—committed to exceeding expectations at every touchpoint

Preferred:

• Customer experience or customer-facing background (email-based support, retail customer service, or account coordination)
• Exposure to apparel, decoration, manufacturing, or promotional products industry

All posted ranges are reflective of base salary and may vary depending upon experience level and location. Bonus and equity may also be provided for eligible roles.

Pay Range$65,000—$75,000 USD
