- The Project Manager at CONAX TECHNOLOGIES LLC will be responsible for overseeing and driving the successful completion of various projects within the organization. This role involves planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget, while coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants. The Project Manager will also define the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, goals, and budgets; identify resources needed.
- Manage project teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor project progress, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
- Prepare detailed reports on project status and present to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Facilitate project meetings and provide updates to team members and stakeholders.
- Evaluate project outcomes and implement lessons learned for future projects.
Qualifications: Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Required Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the technology or manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously from inception through completion.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at various levels.
- Demonstrated experience with project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar platforms.

Required Skills and Abilities:
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Proficient in risk management and problem-solving, with a strategic mindset to anticipate challenges and develop solutions.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards achieving project goals.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget.

Successful Candidate must be able to meet U.S. export control requirements (ITAR/EAR) to gain access to technical data.
