Project Manager
We are hiring a Project Manager to estimate, manage, and deliver projects in a safe, efficient, and quality manner. This role covers structural repair and strengthening, mainly post tensioning and carbon fiber polymer (CFRP) projects, largely within the heavy civil and commercial infrastructure markets. We are looking for someone who is focused, driven, and self motivated, with strong technical competence and superior communication skills to deliver projects on time and on budget.

Compensation: $110,000 to $125,000 per year, depending on experience (3 to 5 years of experience preferred)

Requirements:
 1. Four year college degree preferred.
 2. Technical or engineering degree preferred.
 3. Five or more years managing repair and strengthening work preferred.
 4. Completion of a Project Management Professional certification preferred.
 5. OSHA or equivalent safety training preferred, or the ability to obtain it.
 6. Ability to read engineering drawings.
 7. Thorough understanding of post tensioning systems, carbon fiber systems, structural repair and strengthening systems, and related products and services, or the ability to gain this knowledge quickly.
 8. Experience in civil construction, heavy construction, DOT, bridge construction, or similar construction site work.
 9. Working experience with HCSS Heavy Bid, Crew Tracks, Navision, Microsoft Office, or the ability to learn this software quickly.
Responsibilities:
 1. Ensure job site safety through development of site specific safety execution plans for each project.
 2. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure clear accountability and a coordinated approach for all clients and internal teams.
 3. Build strong relationships with external clients, customers, engineers, vendors, and operational team members.
 4. Lead, manage, coordinate, and direct any assigned project.
 5. Manage the financial aspects of assigned projects to meet or exceed budget expectations.
 6. Use Navision for Job Progress Report management and monthly financial reporting.
 7. Maintain a hands on understanding of the target market and competitor landscape by talking to clients during project execution.
 8. Attend industry events, conferences, and exhibitions as needed.
 9. Develop, communicate, and implement project handoff and operational plans.
 10. Work with the designated marketing partner on campaigns, collateral, project reports, and social media postings as needed.
 11. Maintain up to date, in depth knowledge of all products and services.
 12. Assist in resolving field performance, collections, and other customer satisfaction issues.
 13. Read and understand construction contracts and manage projects to meet contractual terms.
 14. Prepare cost estimates to support sales and business development for labor and material quotes.
 15. Perform due diligence in acquiring material and service pricing to secure the best competitive third party pricing.
 16. Prepare completed estimates for presentation to business development and management.
 17. Manage preparation and submittal of shop drawings, work plans, and other technical submittals.
Travel requirements
 1. Travel as required to meet company goals.
 2. Ability to traverse a variety of construction site environments for site visits, sales calls, and similar activities.
Physical demands
 1. Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and laptop use.
 2. Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
