Trissential is hiring a Project Manager to join our client's team and lead cross-functional projects from initiation through closure. Your Role & Responsibilities

Project Planning & Delivery

• Manage projects through the full project lifecycle from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, resource plans, and delivery roadmaps
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and aligned with business objectives
• Coordinate project activities across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups
• Drive accountability and successful execution across cross-functional teams

Stakeholder & Team Management

• Facilitate meetings, project reviews, working sessions, and stakeholder updates
• Build strong relationships with business leaders, technical teams, vendors, and project sponsors
• Prepare and deliver executive-level project communications and status reporting
• Escalate issues, risks, and decision points when necessary to maintain delivery momentum
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and project outcomes

Risk, Issue & Change Management

• Maintain RAID logs including risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Track and manage project dependencies across teams and vendors
• Support formal change control processes and governance requirements
• Drive resolution of project blockers and delivery challenges

Project Governance & Documentation

• Manage project budgets, procurement impacts, and resource allocations
• Maintain project documentation, status reports, meeting notes, and action logs
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and governance standards
• Deliver final project documentation and formal project closure activities
• Support vendor management and oversight of third-party deliverables

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

• 5+ years of project management experience leading medium to large cross-functional projects
• Strong experience managing scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and change control
• Proven ability to create and maintain project plans, timelines, status reports, RAID logs, and executive communications
• Experience coordinating business, technical, operational, and vendor stakeholders
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and meeting facilitation abilities
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive clarity in ambiguous situations• Experience working within matrixed, regulated, complex, or enterprise environments

Education & Certifications You Need

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field preferred
• Equivalent professional experience will also be considered
• PMP Certification preferred
• CAPM Certification is a plus
• Agile or Scrum certifications are desirable

• Competitive Compensation –$71-$81 per hour. Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market-based rates by geography.
