Project Coordinator
Position Summary
The Project Coordinator will support the project team with project coordination, data tracking and analysis, reporting, and day-to-day project activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities, tasks, and deadlines.
- Maintain project trackers, spreadsheets, and reports.
- Analyze and organize project data using Microsoft Excel.
- Track action items and follow up with team members on outstanding items.
- Assist with project status reporting and updates.
- Schedule and participate in project meetings.
- Prepare meeting notes and track follow-up activities.
- Review data for accuracy and identify trends or discrepancies.
- Communicate regularly with project team members and stakeholders.
- Provide general support to the Project Manager and project team.
Qualifications
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, sorting, and filtering.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with project coordination, project support, or a similar role.
- Experience working with data and preparing reports.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred.
