The Project Associate will be an integral part of Arrow ECS' Services group, supporting leaders by driving, managing, and coordinating projects through a large business transformation.

What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinate and manage meetings with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Assist with business meetings and follow-up.
• Project Associate collects, enters, and organizes data and other information to support research projects; carries out basic analytic tasks; organizes materials for and provides draft inputs to written products such as literature reviews, project documentation, progress reports, research reports, and briefings. Project Associates may provide administrative research support to projects and coordination of day-to-day project operations. 
  Other duties include:
• Leading medium size and cross functional projects.
• Leads project calls, assigns work and manages project to timeline and outcomes.
• Stakeholder management—Leads stakeholder management sessions and keeps various management abreast of potential issues by maintaining open lines of communication.
• Creation of project related process documents.
• Assist in training new and existing employees with regard to policies and procedures related to project outcomes.

What We're Looking For

• A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is strongly preferred or 1-3 years of related experience.
• A self-starter attitude with the ability to work under minimal guidance
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with MS Office Suite (Excel, Sharepoint, OneNote)

Work Arangement

Fully Remote: Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$25.57 - $31.25

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.

Remote work employees may be required to be present at the closest designated Arrow office for work-related purposes, at the Company’s request and sole discretion.
