Programmatic Lead

JobMatchingPartner is assisting an audience management platform in iGaming in their search for a Programmatic Lead. This is a 50/50 hands-on and team lead role, where you'll drive global expansion by leading operations and delivery teams to meet client needs, reporting directly to the CEO/COO.

This is a fully remote, offering a salary of up to £70K + bonus.

Role & Responsibilities

• Own the programmatic strategy — inventory sourcing, bidding, audience activation and optimisation across display, video, native, CTV and emerging channels

• Set and track KPIs and ensure commercial/client targets are met

• Act as senior stakeholder for the proprietary DSP/DMP, guiding roadmap priorities with engineering and product teams

• Manage integrations with SSPs, data providers, and verification tools, ensuring platform scalability and buying capability

• Own audience strategy, segmentation, and lookalike modelling across first, second and third-party data

• Act as senior go-to expert for commercial, client services, and leadership, representing the company in key client meetings and negotiations

• Embed brand safety, fraud prevention, and inventory quality controls platform-wide

Education, Skills & Experience

• 7+ years in programmatic media, including 3+ years as a team lead

• Previous experience in a similar role within iGaming

• Hands-on DSP trading and audience activation experience, with exposure to owning/influencing proprietary DSP/DMP

• Strong knowledge of RTB, SSPs, and auction mechanics

• Strong data/analytics skills and client-facing experience

• SaaS adtech experience is a plus

• Commercial mindset with strategic judgement and attention to detail

• Willingness to travel to industry events
