The Center for Family and Child Enrichment (CFCE) is dedicated to help children and their families by providing the right services and solutions based on individual needs. CFCE is constantly evolving to better support our community.

The Program Administrator at the Center for Family and Child Enrichment (CFCE) provides overall administrative, operational, and programmatic oversight of CFCE’s Too Good for Drugs (TGFD) prevention program. The Program Administrator provides leadership and supervision to designated program staff, ensures effective and consistent implementation of the Too Good for Drugs curriculum, monitors program performance and outcomes, and promotes compliance with CFCE policies, funder requirements, and applicable regulatory and evidence-based program standards.

The Program Administrator works collaboratively with schools, community organizations, behavioral health providers, families, referral sources, and other stakeholders to support the successful delivery of substance-use prevention and life-skills programming to children, adolescents, and families. The position is responsible for maintaining high-quality services, supporting staff development, monitoring program documentation and performance, coordinating referrals and enrollment activities, and promoting culturally responsive and trauma-informed services for diverse and underserved populations.

Some of the Functions Include:

• Oversee daily administration and operations of the Too Good for Drugs program.
• Supervise, support, and evaluate designated program staff.
• Coordinate program scheduling, groups, educational activities, referrals, and enrollment.
• Ensure consistent and effective implementation of the Too Good for Drugs curriculum.
• Monitor program participation, outcomes, documentation, and compliance.
• Maintain effective relationships with schools, families, community partners, and referral sources.
• Coordinate staff training, coaching, and professional development.
• Complete required program reports, outcome measures, and administrative documentation.
• Support quality improvement, community outreach, and educational activities.
• Assist with budget monitoring and other program administrative functions.
• Ensure compliance with CFCE policies, funder requirements, applicable regulations, and confidentiality standards.
• Prepare and present program updates and performance data as needed..
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, Education, Public Health, Behavioral Science, or a related field required; Master’s preferred.
• Five years of experience in prevention, behavioral health, social services, youth services, education, or a related field.
• Supervisory or program management experience required.
• Experience with evidence-based prevention programs and the Too Good for Drugs curriculum preferred.
• Experience working with children, adolescents, families, and diverse or underserved populations preferred..
• Valid Driver’s License, current auto insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle

• Ability to maintain accurate records, confidentiality, and compliance with applicable requirements.
