Accountabilities:

• Deliver end-to-end implementation and upgrade projects for laboratory software solutions, ensuring timely and successful completion.
• Act as a trusted consultant for clients, aligning project scope with contractual expectations and business needs.
• Conduct onsite and remote system installations and configurations following established procedures and standards.
• Provide training and guidance to client users to ensure effective adoption of systems and workflows.
• Analyze and improve laboratory workflows, recommending best practices and optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve issues and escalate risks when necessary.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools and digital platforms to enhance implementation efficiency and decision-making.
• Maintain strong client relationships focused on satisfaction, value delivery, and long-term success.
• Mentor and support other consultants while contributing to knowledge sharing and process improvements.
• Manage project tasks independently, ensuring prioritization and adherence to deadlines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience working in scientific laboratory environments.
• Experience in laboratory information systems or similar healthcare software implementations is highly preferred.
• Prior consulting or implementation experience in client-facing technical roles is a plus.
• Strong understanding of laboratory workflows and system integration concepts.
• Ability to manage projects independently and handle multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a process improvement mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python is an advantage.
• Experience using AI tools to improve workflows or productivity is a plus.
• Willingness to travel 25–50% to client sites as required.
