Vacation Rental Professional Cleaner

We are looking for reliable, motivated, detail-oriented Vacation Rental Professional Cleaners to join our growing team!

Vacation rental cleaning is fast-paced and different from traditional residential cleaning. Properties must be completely cleaned, reset, inspected, and guest-ready within a specific turnover window.

PAY & SCHEDULE

• $18–$20/hour
• Paid weekly
• Tips and incentives
• Part-time position
• Approximately 2–3 shifts per week
• Typical turnover hours are 10:00 AM–3:00 PM
• Weekend availability is required
• Flexible scheduling based on rental bookings
• Opportunities for additional cleaning jobs and growth

VACATION RENTAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Cleaners are responsible for completing the full turnover and preparing the property for the next guest.

Duties may include:

• Cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms
• Cleaning kitchens and appliances
• Wiping counters, cabinets, tables, and surfaces
• Dusting throughout the property
• Vacuuming and mopping floors
• Removing trash and replacing liners
• Changing linens and making beds
• Restocking approved guest supplies
• Checking for belongings left behind
• Reporting damages, missing items, or maintenance concerns
• Completing a final walkthrough
• Taking and uploading required completion photos
• Following property-specific notes and checklists

SALES & GROWTH MINDSET

Cleaners should:

RELIABILITY

Vacation rentals operate around strict guest check-out and check-in times. Reliability is extremely important.

Cleaners must:

• Arrive on time
• Complete properties within the scheduled turnover window
• Communicate immediately about delays or problems
• Follow assigned checklists and job notes
• Be dependable for scheduled weekend turnovers
• Never leave a property incomplete without contacting management

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants must:

• Pass a background check
• Have their own reliable vehicle
• Have reliable transportation to and from all assigned properties
• Have a valid driver’s license
• Have strong attention to detail
• Be able to work independently
• Be comfortable working within strict deadlines
• Have reliable communication
• Have weekend availability
• Follow detailed property instructions
• Be dependable and professional
• Have sales motivation and a desire to help grow the business

Cleaning experience is strongly preferred.

QUALITY CONTROL

Before leaving every property, cleaners are expected to complete a final inspection and upload all required photos.
