Production Worker (part-time)

A Day in the Life of:

As a member of our team, you'll help prepare reusable shipping containers for use by cleaning, sterilizing, refurbishing, and restocking materials. You'll work alongside a supportive team in a safe warehouse environment, following established processes to ensure quality and efficiency every day.

This role offers the opportunity to build valuable workplace skills, learn different job tasks, and contribute to an operation that supports the delivery of important products.

Schedule:  Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. (arrival by 8:45 a.m.). There may be opportunities to work additional hours during busier times of the year when customer demand increases.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Complete tote reprocessing tasks according to customer and SOAR365 requirements.
• Follow established procedures for refurbishment, refrigerant conditioning, sterilization, and restocking activities.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team to meet daily production goals.
• Maintain safety standards and comply with customer and SOAR365 policies.
• Participate in required paid training and apply learned skills on the job.
• Maintain reliable attendance and communicate anticipated absences in advance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support business operations.

Requirements and Qualifications:

We're seeking dependable individuals who enjoy hands-on work and can thrive in a team environment. Successful candidates will be able to remain focused on assigned tasks, adapt to changing priorities, follow instructions, and interact professionally with coworkers and customer staff.

Because this is a physically active role, candidates should be comfortable working in a warehouse setting, standing for extended periods, and handling materials throughout the workday.  

Preferred qualifications include previous production experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, strong manual dexterity, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, basic math skills, and the ability to complete work-related paperwork. 

A pre-employment drug screen is required for this position.
