💰 Starting Rates Based on Experience & Pre-Employment Test Results:

Production Welder A: $27.25

Production Welder B: $25.25

Production Welder C: $21.75
📍 Location: Minonk, IL

🔹 What You’ll Do:

✔ Perform MIG welding on metal components
✔ Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols
✔ Set up, adjust, and operate welding equipment
✔ Inspect welds for quality and precision
✔ Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean workspace

 
Qualifications: 🔹 What We’re Looking For:

✅ Experience in manufacturing or metal fabrication (preferred but not required)
✅ Ability to use hand and power tools
✅ Strong attention to detail and quality
✅ Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
✅ Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long periods
