The Production Technician is responsible for operating hand and pneumatic tools to assemble window components while meeting production standards. They must also perform quality inspections on all parts and adhere to company safety policies.

Lindsay Windows is looking for quality minded individuals to work in our production and warehouse areas!
Your responsibilities:
- Using hand tools, pneumatic tools, saw operations, tape measure, etc.
- Lifting/moving/ placing window components that are 35-55 lbs.
- Meet production goals by posted line standards.
- Self-inspect 100% of parts (finished and unfinished) moving through your workstation.
- Follow company safety procedures and policies and encourage a safe work environment for all team members.
Requirements Within This Position:
- Stand for the entire shift
- Read and understand the use of a tape measure
- Lift and transfer 35Ibs frequently throughout the course of the day
- Lift and transfer 50Ibs occasionally throughout the course of the day
- Reach overhead occasionally
- Bend at the waist and pivot from the waist frequently
- Use fine hand manipulation movements frequently
- Basic computer use including Microsoft Suite
