The Production Technician is responsible for using hand tools to assemble window components while meeting production standards. They must also perform self-inspections on all parts and adhere to company safety policies.

Lindsay Windows is looking for a quality minded individuals to work in our production area as a Production Technician!
Your Responsibilities:
- Using hand tools and tape measure
- Lifting/moving/ placing window components that are 35-55 lbs.
- Meet production goals by posted line standards.
- Self-inspect 100% of parts (finished and unfinished) moving through your workstation.
- Follow company safety procedures and policies and encourage a safe work environment for all team members.
Your Requirements Within This Position:
- Stand for the entire shift
- Lift and transfer 35Ibs frequently throughout the course of the day
- Lift and transfer 50Ibs occasionally throughout the course of the day
- Reach overhead occasionally
- Bend at the waist and pivot from the waist frequently
- Use fine hand manipulation movements frequently
- Can read and communicate in English
