Job Type: Part-Time (25–30 hrs/week)
Schedule: 6:00 AM–2:00 PM or 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $17–$18/hour

Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and efficient Production Support team member to join our kitchen team. This role involves preparing a variety of savory dishes, assisting with food prep, maintaining a clean workspace, and ensuring all ingredients are ready for service. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, stays detail-oriented under pressure, and works well as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Work efficiently and professionally with teammates to keep kitchen operations running smoothly.
- Stay organized while working quickly and effectively in a busy, high-paced kitchen.
- Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, equipment, and customer seating areas to the highest hygiene standards.
- Lift and restock supplies, and assist with unloading weekly deliveries to keep the kitchen well-stocked.
- Follow recipes accurately and consistently to ensure quality with every batch.
- Read and interpret order slips, preparing savory dishes as directed with close attention to detail.
- Safely operate kitchen equipment, including mixers, ovens, fryers, and other prep tools.
- Perform light dishwashing and clean your work area after each prep task.
- Wrap, label, and date food items, following FIFO (First In, First Out) rotation practices.
- Support teammates and contribute to a positive, upbeat kitchen environment.
- Take on other kitchen-related duties as assigned by a supervisor or manager.
- Previous kitchen or food prep experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work efficiently and remain organized in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and team-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to perform various kitchen tasks and assist team members as needed.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when restocking or unloading supplies.
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods and engage in repetitive movements during food prep and cleaning tasks.
- A dynamic team environment where collaboration is key.
