Production Staff- Seasonal

Job Details: Job Location: American Christmas HQ - MOUNT VERNON, NY, Salary Range: $16.50 - $17.00Hourly, Join our team and help bring the magic of Christmas to life across New York! As part of our seasonal production team, you’ll work hands-on creating, preparing, and restoring high-quality holiday décor and displays that will transform public spaces, businesses, and communities into festive Christmas experiences.

You’ll be responsible for assembling and refurbishing décor, ensuring every detail looks its best, and keeping your workspace clean, safe, and organized. When needed, you’ll also have the opportunity to be part of on-site installations and takedowns, helping bring these displays to life for the holiday season.

Duties and Responsibilities 

Produce décor and displays of the very highest quality. 

Assemble and refurbish décor to peak condition.  

Keep work area clean and organized. 

Adhere to all company rules and policies.  

Assist with installations and takedowns on location if necessary. 

Other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications: Required Skills & Competencies 

Must be self- motivated. 

Must have a demonstrated ability to work independently and on a team.  

Must be able to work with your hands, have impeccable listening skills and excellent follow through.  

Keen attention to detail. 

Physical Requirements 

The employee must regularly lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 pounds.
