 Key Responsibilities | You won’t just be helping with projects—you’ll be driving real improvements and leaving your mark on the future of production.

Get hands-on with data: Use field tablets and software to collect and analyze information—everything from stand counts and flowering notes to turning field observations into measurable insights.

Collaborate & communicate: Share project updates with Production and Production Research leaders, highlighting progress, challenges, and new opportunities.

Own a project from start to finish: Partner with leaders to design and complete a production improvement project, then showcase your findings to senior leaders at the end of your internship.
