Qualifications:
Coordinate repair, inspection, and cleaning schedules with service technicians, parts departments, and detail crews to minimize turn times.
Monitor used and new vehicle inventory as it goes through the "make-ready" or reconditioning process, prioritizing high-demand units for front-line display.
Act as the central communication hub between sales managers, service advisors, and porters to resolve delays quickly.
 Ensure that every vehicle meets the dealership’s safety, mechanical, and aesthetic standards before being cleared for sale or delivery.
 Analyze bottlenecks in the recon process and implement efficiency improvements to reduce the number of days a car sits idle off the market

2–3 years of experience in automotive dealership operations, service management, or used car/sales desk coordination.

Exceptional ability to manage multiple moving parts, schedules, and deadlines under high-pressure conditions.

 Familiarity with modern Dealership Management Systems (DMS) and inventory tracking software.

Strong interpersonal skills to lead cross-functional teams and hold internal departments accountable
