Production Line Packer (2nd Shift)

Job DetailsJob Location: Garland , TX 75042Salary Range: $17.00 HourlyWork in the capacity of an active member of the 2nd Shift Food Production Line Operation in accordance with plant policies and procedures.  

Job Description: 

2nd Shift hours - 2pm to 12:30am

Help collecting raw ingredients for processing, measuring and mixing. 

Operating machines used in the production line per training provided by the supervisor (if applicable) 

Receiving product for packaging 

Packaging products per instructions provided during training.  

Reporting equipment faults to maintenance staff. 

Monitoring the production process and carrying out basic testing and quality checks. 

Storing goods and raw materials in the factory or warehouse. 

Use pallet jack and forklift (if applicable). 

Cleaning and maintaining work areas and machinery. 

Qualifications and Skills:

Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.

Knowledge of working on a production line.  

Flexible and proactive to be able to perform assigned tasks effectively.  

 Ability to follow instructions.  

Ability to lift up to 55 pounds required. 

Pay and Benefits:

$17/hour
Benefits and PTO after 60 days
