What You’ll Do:

Lead and support a team of Retread Technicians by providing guidance and answering procedural questions
Assist with training and onboarding of new Retread Technicians
Ensure all retreading procedures and quality standards are consistently followed
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to retreading equipment and processes
Perform regular quality inspections of retreaded tires to ensure compliance with company and industry standards
Maintain a strong commitment to workplace safety, including consistent use of required PPE such as safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toe boots

What You Bring:

Strong understanding of tire retreading processes, equipment, and materials
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and unexpected challenges
Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
Thorough knowledge of company and industry safety standards, procedures, and regulations
